LeadProc ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our missed call interception service.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- Name, email address, and phone number provided at registration
- Business name, type, and contact information
- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
2.2 Call and Voicemail Data
- Caller phone numbers (inbound calls forwarded to LeadProc)
- Voicemail audio recordings
- Transcriptions of voicemail audio
- AI-extracted lead data (job type, urgency, location, lead score)
- Call timestamps and duration
2.3 SMS Data
- Phone numbers of subscribers who receive SMS notifications
- SMS opt-in and opt-out records
- Message delivery status and timestamps
2.4 Usage Data
- Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited
- Feature usage patterns and API activity
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Send SMS and email notifications as part of the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support inquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Generate aggregate, anonymized usage analytics
We do not use your data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
4. SMS Data — Special Notice
In compliance with carrier requirements and industry standards:
- SMS opt-in data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
- SMS opt-in data is not used for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
- We maintain records of opt-in consent and opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the Service:
Telnyx
Voice and SMS infrastructure provider. Processes call audio and SMS delivery.
OpenAI
AI provider used for voicemail transcription (Whisper) and lead extraction (GPT-4). Audio and transcripts are processed per OpenAI's data usage policies.
Stripe
Payment processor. We do not store credit card data.
Resend
Transactional email provider for lead alert emails.
We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.
6. Data Retention
- Account information: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days
- Voicemail recordings: retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Transcriptions and lead data: retained for 1 year unless you request earlier deletion
- SMS opt-out records: retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests
- Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by law
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for voicemail recordings, access controls limiting employee access to customer data, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work diligently to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Opt-out of SMS — reply STOP to any message at any time

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. You may request to know what personal information we collect, delete your personal information, and opt out of any sale (though we do not sell data).
